Details you choose to send

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone, email and country. You can also share your jewellery interests, budget currency and range, preferred appointment time, time zone and a message. Azure Jewels uses these details to respond, arrange a conversation and discuss your request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

How the form reaches us

Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions for Azure Jewels. A form can also include the page where you submitted it, a referring website’s origin and simple campaign labels from the page link, to help us understand how enquiries reach the business. Please do not send card details, identity documents or bank information through these forms.

Website measurement

Netlify’s hosting analytics provide aggregate website traffic information. Optional Google Analytics, when connected to Azure’s verified property, loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It can measure page views, WhatsApp and appointment clicks, Instagram visits and successfully submitted enquiry forms. Form contents, phone numbers, names and email addresses are not included in the custom analytics events.

You can decline optional analytics and still use the website and send an enquiry. When Google Analytics is connected, use “Analytics preferences” to change your choice. Declining stops future optional analytics collection; it does not erase information already sent. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled in this website’s configuration.

Preferences on your device

The website can save display-currency and analytics choices in your browser. Catalogue shortlists may also remain on your device. Clearing browser storage removes these saved preferences. Currency estimates may use external reference-rate services; they are not final payment quotes.

External links and conversations

WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps, diamond education resources and payment providers operate under their own policies. Opening one of these links takes you to that service. WhatsApp messages are sent only when you choose to send them there.
