2. Request the exact piece
Send the design reference by WhatsApp and ask for current live photographs or video, the available diamond and metal specification, sizing options and timeline.
3. Review a written quote
The quote should identify the actual jewel, final payable amount, applicable taxes and making details, certificate or hallmark information, delivery estimate and order-specific service terms.
4. Confirm a secure payment route
Use only the payment instructions formally confirmed by Azure Jewels. Do not send funds to an unverified number or link.
For completed orders, Azure intends to organise the piece’s invoice, applicable certificate and HUID details, care guidance and service terms into one clear digital record.
